I’ve ordered from buona.com a handful of times now, and it’s been smooth each time. The food usually gets here right on time, sometimes a little early, and it’s packed well enough that everything is still warm when it shows up. Haven’t had anything missing so far either, which I definitely appreciate. Nothing flashy, just easy and dependable, so I’ll probably keep using it

The beef sandwich is just really satisfying in that simple, no-fuss way where the meat has a lot of flavor, it’s not dried out, and the bread soaks up the juices without the whole thing feeling ruined or soggy. I usually add giardiniera because I like a little heat and crunch, and it makes the sandwich taste even better without overpowering it.

I ordered from buona the packaging was solid. The box showed up in good shape, and everything inside was packed tight with no leaks or anything smashed. I’m probably a little picky about excess packaging, so I did think there was more packing material than I personally like. But the food arrived just fine, and for me, that’s the main thing.

I stopped in for lunch and overall it seemed like a good visit. The restaurant was mostly clean from what I noticed, tables were wiped down and the floor looked fine. The bathroom maybe could’ve used a little more attention, unless I just happened to catch it at an off moment, but it wasn’t bad or anything. The food area looked tidy too. All in all, I’d say it was a good experience...
